A San Francisco real estate investor is in custody after being wanted for over six months. The individual, known as "Lucky Luke" Brugnara, has a history of convictions, including violating the Endangered Species Act and filing false tax returns. Brugnara's past convictions also involve wire and mail fraud related to $11 million worth of art.
